History
The Trust can trace its history back to 1920. After World War 1, funds were rasied by the generosity of the people of Princes Risborough to refubish the Market House as a visible memorial to those that fell in the Great War.
In addition to the memorial, the decision was taken to build a cottage, on a plot of land on Wycombe Road, that had been donated to the Town. The cottage was to be held in Trust as a home for the District Nurse, to support the people of the town.
In 1988 the cottage was no longer required for its orginal purpose and so a new scheme was established, allowing the cottage to be sold or let and the income applied to supporting the residents of Princes Risborough.
In 2004 the cottage was sold and the proceeds of the sale were invested for the future generations of the Parish.
